Who doesn’t love a space inspired nail polish…not me! Today I have swatches of Luck13’s Out of This World Collection, which features 3 effect toppers and a one coat black….
Dark Matter is a one coat glossy black that goes on nicely.
Cosmic Dust (Index) is a rainbow flakie topper in a clear base, shown is a two coat gradient. You get a nice even flakie coverage with two coats, for full coverage apply it with a sponge.
Gamma Burst (Ring) is a blue-green flakie topper in a clear base, same swatch and application as Cosmic Dust.
Aurora Borealis (Pinky) is a rainbow multi-chrome flakie topper, shown is a two coat gradient. This offers a bit more coverage than the other flakies, one coat would give you a nice even effect while two coats would give you fuller coverage, and sponged on would give you opaque coverage.
For the middle finger I decided to sponge on all 3 colors and together they create this magical galaxy effect ♥
Overall: This is a nice collection, they apply easily. The flakie toppers don’t go on thick which is nice for adding multiple coats. I topped these swatches with Lucky 13 Elemental Ward Quick Dry Top Coat and they dried extremely fast with a nice shiny finish.

Cosmic Dust is my fav! Nice that they’re not thick so layering would work out nice. Great swatches!
I’m gonna have to look into Dark Matter. Since Nevermore isn’t available from Cult Nails anymore I need a good basic black.
