I used Orly Ma Cheri, Nails Inc Baker Street (both matted), Orly French Tip White, Pure Ice Black Out, and Color Club Blue-topia. I applied my “rubber” finish franken over the flag.

Nice job – I did my toes in something similar – and then had to spend the day in the car on a 7 hr drive off for medical the rest of the week out of town – so only a few got to see my pedi – but I did get folks talking when they looked down at my piggies – it was over 90 degrees so I certain was showing the pedi off in flip flops…now thinking I will change mine to something fall but bright since it’s still pretty warm. Oh and yes – I did vote – never miss even if I have to do absentee.
