Cirque Colors is introducing a new monthly collection of cremes inspired by New City called, The Metropolis Collection. Today I have swatches January’s colors called Empire State of Mind and Midnight Cowboy.
Midnight Cowboy is a deep navy blue crelly . Two coats gives you full, opaque, glossy coverage.
Empire State of Mind is a vampy deep burgundy crelly. This one has a thin formula that is full, opaque, and glossy in two coats.
Overall: These are nice vampy shades, perfect for the season!
