I have been looking at my local Rite-Aid and CVS every week and no luck at all!!! I really want to buy this collection. I know EBay might have it, but it will be more expensive. 🙁
Oh I have one of the NYC Smoky top coats. Sadly it’s an untried. I just haven’t found a good way to use it. Any suggestions? 🙂
Not sure how sheer these are but if you did one coat then a full nail stamp (with something lacey/ flowery) then a black french tip, I think that would be really pretty!
