Nails to Match My ….Hair?!
Just like I like to change my polish often, I also like to change my hair. I got the crazy idea to go orange, yes orange, and here is the transition plus final result…

After first bleaching:
I forgot to take a pic of the second bleaching, basically the roots turned pale yellow and the ends were pale pink.
After orange color Ion Color Brilliance Brights..
I did 2 rounds of color because I had blonde streaks throughout my hair, although even after 2 rounds of color I still had blonde “highlights” which were an unexpected result but I liked them.
(This was after a week and 3 washings,the color faded so bad!!!)
Now for the nails…
I used China Glaze Orange Knockout and Blonde Bombshell. Until now both were untried but after using Blonde Bombshell I feel I have been missing out because this color is amazingly stunning!!!

Lovely hair! How on earth is your hair so smooth and silky? Any tips?
I use Ion Color Brilliance after color treatment after every color and it REALLY helps! I also don’t use shampoo (I use conditioner only).
Google took me to your blog! Your orange hair is lovely <3 If you want a bright orange dye that doesn't fade as fast (and in my opinion fades quite nicely) I would try out special effects napalm orange. I adore it
Thank you! I saw that one on a hair forum and considered it but I wanted the instant gratification of being able to buy the Ion Brights at Sally’s. The orange pretty much faded to nothing after a week or so, so I decided to just dye it blonde. I’m currently loving the pale pink look and I might try doing streaks with it!
