Totally Hot Pink Valentine…

I did these for Milani’s Valentine’s Nail Art Contest, and like always I’m last minute lol. I had so many issues with this mani and after many attempts I was finally (somewhat) pleased.

I used Milani Hi-Res and Totally Cool as my base color and filled in the hearts using the Jewel FX in Hot Pink. I created the heart by using a Martha Stewart heart hole punch and painter’s tape, I took one of the small heart and placed it on my bare nail then painted over it with the base color. After I applied the final coat of the base color I peeled away the tape and filled in the heart with the Hot Pink Jewel FX glitter.
